The Last Of Us Part I's PC Launch Pushed To Late March

The Last of Us Part I's PC release date has been pushed back a few weeks. Instead of March 3, the game will now be released on March 28.

Naughty Dog needs extra time to develop the PC port, as indicated in a tweet, which you can read in full below (click the image to enlarge).

The Last of Us Part I was released last autumn on the PlayStation 5 and is a complete remake of the 2013 original. It has enhanced visuals, revamped controls, improved opponent AI, and a recreated Left Behind DLC chapter. The adaptation helped usher in the launch of The Last of Us, an HBO series that has earned a lot of attention and praise thus far. The second season of the program has already been announced.

Check out these two opinion articles on The Last of Part I, which examine how it illustrates that no remake can be fully true and why editor Blake Hester feels the remake didn't improve the experience as much as he'd anticipated.
